Yesterday CHUM-FM’s Roger Ashby was talking about some canned stuff he ate. It was about a week after the Best before date. Then he wondered if that was okay. And he mentioned about throwing flour away as flour after the expiry date isn’t good due to the mould forming.
While I’m sure he made the right choice tossing out the flour if anyone knows what’s good and what’s not to eat after the expiry date, and for how long, please let me know thanks.
