Many media reports recently tell us about people upset with GO Transit for lousy service. Taken into account was the recent bad weather so that may have been people just frustrated.
As for me I often take the GO and the small town I travel to the weekend service isn’t the best(due to waiting long time for the bus)but weekdays and weeknights it’s actually GREAT! No complaints there. And I’d say 99.9% of the GO bus drivers are great and friendly. I only had a bad experience(twice)with the same driver(who shouldn’t be working with the public in the first place). But thank God that’s the minority.
Minus that one exception overall though I’d still highly recommend you take GO Transit if the need arises. The service isn’t as bad as you may have been led to believe by recent reports.
